What Business Metrics/Analytics contributes to Cardinal Health
Business Metrics/Analytics is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization and drive operational excellence. Includes data and technology management (data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting).

Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform carried tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Responsible for leading and managing data integration projects while maintaining data integrity
Provides back end data support on system tools
Manages leads and campaign loads
Performs business analysis on system process flows to help organization develop technical enhancement solutions to improve current processes
Develop and lead the efforts to provide technical solutions to others in organization to stream line data related work efforts
Assist in application design and development of technology solutions/enhancements to increase business performance
Execute testing to validate expected results
Disaster recovery backup
Work cross-functionally by supporting Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
3-5 years related experience
Familiarity or knowledge of the following technologies: Alteryx and Angular 2
Systems development/design experience
Strong communication skills
