  • Works with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, goals, or objectives

Accountabilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Pharma professional to serve as a Key Account Manager (KAM) with our team in Lewisville, in the rapidly evolving fields of analytics, healthcare IT, and pharmaceutical logistics. The KAM, will use their rich healthcare domain expertise, experience in project management, and proactive consulting skills to solve complex technical challenges for some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the country. To our clients, this individual will be an expert in combining our technology platform and solutions with their programs to provide maximum benefit to their business and patients. Internally to Cardinal, the KAM will serve as the voice of the client, and relay client feedback to continuously improve our services. Someone with excellent consulting and customer-facing experience will be responsible for overseeing all parts of the technical direction, vendor integration, business processes and delivery of services to these clients.

  • Analyze and recommend technical solutions related to new product launches, product discontinuations, vendor integrations, and operational efficiencies among other potential services.

  • Act as the single technical liaison for client.

  • Provide status and coordination to client on weekly basis including, but not limited to, the project pipeline, in-flight project status, and issue tracking and resolution.

  • Act as Technical Project Manager on project requests that have low level of effort.

  • Assist in 3rd party vendor communication/coordination to support ongoing operational process and project requests.

  • Coordinate, assist, and communicate issue tracking and defect remediation including escalation to client.

  • Recommend technical changes/updates/enhancements to current platform and vendor integration landscape to further align with client’s strategy and industry advancements.

  • Builds relationships with internal business owners to help streamline processes.

  • Writes statements of work and assists in determining level of effort for project work.

  • Attends quarterly business review meetings and provides technology updates and statistics as input to the process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in professional services, healthcare, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in .NET, SFDC, Cloud technologies is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with executive facing presentation experience
  • Strong project management skills in an agile delivery environment
  • Proven ability to learn and application of advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
