Job Title: Team Leader Specialist - Webcol 1 - Variable Shift
Team Lead Specialist
Air Conditioned Facility and 24 hour 5 day a week cafeteria.
Performs various tasks involved in the manufacture and packaging of medical devices on a high speed manufacturing line. The Team Leader Specialist will be trained in, and will follow written procedures and oral instructions for work to be performed. Job performance will be based upon pre-determined criteria for quality of work and productivity, as well as attendance, company policies and procedures, safety performance, and standards of conduct.
Create and maintain a positive work environment through continuous communication, participation in common goals, and providing products and services that meet our customer’s specifications.
Use good judgment where decisions are required in the performance of assigned tasks, and in assigning tasks to operators.
Read and follow instructions for each assigned task as described in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Manual.
Perform tasks only for which the required training has been completed, approved, and documented, and ensure the same requirements are met before assigning another employee to perform a task.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks and changeovers
Order materials as necessary to manufacture and package scheduled products in a timely manner. Identify inventory discrepancies and work with appropriate personnel to ensure their resolution.
Assist with minor maintenance on the line
Operate forklift to move supplies
Required to maintain production standards.
Complete DHR’s and all other required quality paperwork.
Train on and run other machines within the focus factory as needed by production management.
Perform product inspections in accordance to training instructions and using basic measurement equipment and visual aids.
Meet the production schedule. Advise planner immediately if schedule is not being met.
Notify supervisor immediately of any deviations or non-conformities encountered.
Ensure all materials are properly scanned and loaded.
Notify mechanic immediately in the event of an equipment malfunction.
Required to complete all assigned Compliance Wire training.
Responsible for adhering to plant policies/procedures, department EHS rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), ISO 13485 regulations and Good Housekeeping procedures.

Education and/or Experience:
Previous Manufacturing experience required.
High School Diploma/ GED.
Forklift certification/experience preferred.
