Meet Charity

Through the EMERGE program, I have had the opportunity to learn outside of the scope of my specific role. I’ve had the opportunity to meet and speak with people from all over the company, and the knowledge I’ve gained from them is invaluable. It really helps to see the big picture and how my role fits into it.
