What Technical Call Center contributes to Cardinal Health
Technical Call Center is responsible for resolving technical problems in a call center/help desk environment for employees and customers.
BS or BA in Bus Admin, Communications or Computer Science or at least 8 years of related work experience
Strong technical orientation and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications. Can troubleshoot problems in a logical manner.
Understanding of Linux and basic SQL are required.
Familiarity of network base monitoring tools
Proficiency with VPN (Site to Site and RDT) and remote supports tools VPN, Citrix, Network Connect
Strong debugging skills recommended
Analytical troubleshooting skills preferred
Proficiency with working in a virtual environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service. Must have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
