1. Position Overview:

Cardinal Health’s pharmaceutical division’s $40billion + eCommerce platform includes a robust mobile offering to help pharmacies order, receive and inventory product. The Sr. Product Manager for Mobile will define product strategy, prioritize, develop and deploy customer technology offerings to meet customer needs. Collaborate with the appropriate EIT teams through Agile methodology to continuously improve the free Order Express mobile app available on iOS or Android. Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with various business segments to articulate vision, define requests for change, maintain a roadmap, and prioritize features. Drive customer adoption of Mobile applications to reduce dependency on costly leased devices through closely managing budget.

2. Responsibilities:

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Be a product visionary managing the work backlog and prioritizing resources to develop solutions that meet customer need.
  • Collaborate with the EIT development and support teams through an Agile methodology. Participate in release UAT.
  • Serve as Product Owner for additional front-end management and order flow processes within the Order Express platform.
  • Analyze customer and sales feedback as well as internal applications to track customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor run activities and track customer cases serving as a business liaison to EIT.
  • Improve the mobile device management process to improve demand forecast and communication of device availability.
  • Establish schedules, guidelines, and procedures to efficiently implement system enhancements and solutions.
  • Manage ongoing development of training curriculum, materials and training seminars related to customer solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations at seminars and trade shows. Communicate effectively.
  • Drive customer adoption of the mobile application and reduce dependency on Cardinal Health leased devices.
  • Manage budget and create positive financial outcomes. Identify and develop new sources of Cardinal Health marketing revenue.

3. Qualifications:

Education or Equivalent:

  • Four year bachelor’s degree required
  • Five or more years of experiencing interacting with sales and/or customers in an EIT, product or project management role.
  • Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

  • Experience with business critical applications and/or services
  • Strong customer focus and orientation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience
  • Demonstrated innovative, creative, and flexible approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and balance workload
  • Strong decision making and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.
  • Suggested experience with Agile development processes and User Experience design
  • Suggested knowledge of the following technologies: JIRA, Flurry, Omniture, Fabric, APIs

Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel both by car and plane as requires (2-3 days per quarter)
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with aggressive sales and financial targets.
