What Strategic Planning/ Execution contributes to Cardinal Health

Strategic Planning/Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas

Accountabilities in this Role

  • Collaborate with leaders from Customer Support Services and supporting teams to outline the 3-5 year strategy for CSS home-based/remote workers.
  • Assess current state of remote worker program in CSS, mitigate short term risks, and prepare organization for future state strategy.
  • Outline and lead the plan to transition from current state to future state.
  • Implement and govern policies, processes and structures that lead to overall program success, including metrics focused employee engagement, productivity, etc.
  • Develop expertise in best practices and evolving trends in remote workers.
  • Remote position with 30% Travel


  • BS/BA Business or Equivalent preferred
  • 3-5 years professional experience preferred
  • Analytical & Word Processing: Must demonstrate command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
  • Presentation: must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation and associated economics
  • Understands Project Management principles
