Strategic Planning/Execution is responsible for developing and supporting the realization of strategic plans and management agendas

Accountabilities in this Role
For large-scale complex initiatives, partner with Manager to develop comprehensive people centric plans customized to the initiative, impacted stakeholders, and desired outcomes.
Strategies incorporate change network recommendations, special tactics, potential resistance areas, and communications framework from gate 0 through project close.
Assist in determining the level of rigor for each project as relates to change impact level, change project complexity, appropriate OCM engagement model and the correlating roles and responsibilities including the involvement of support teams.
Serve as consultative partner and work collaboratively with the subject matter experts, project management teams, functional partners and Business leaders
Primary point of contact to project team members, Steering Committees, and Leaders at and above Director level Create change strategies, readiness plans, and OCM tasks that align with project timelines and methodologies and are documented in a project plan
Lead early and on-going identification of potential/actual areas of resistance (per impacted stakeholder group) leveraging a documented resistance management plan that properly involves functional leaders and includes mitigation responses and proactive special tactics.
Determine appropriate sponsor coalition needs including evaluating sponsor effectiveness, creating sponsor roadmaps and providing focused training and support to the sponsor role over the life of the project.
Determination, formation, and management of all stakeholders who commit to serving as an extended arm of OCM by driving change within their organizations.
Create and manage activation plans customized to the initiative and environment, steeped in understanding of the stakeholder view, and inclusive of objective/subjective metrics that indicate buy-in/readiness health.
In partnership with Corporate Communications- influence and inform or create and manage comprehensive communication strategies, plans, and collateral for how project specifics will be relayed to a necessary audience.
Formation and management of close the loop infrastructure that enables stakeholder visibility to the new way or working while also ensuring ample opportunities/forums for feedback, questions and input towards gaps, requirements, and potential barriers.
BS/BA Business or Equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration/Development, or Strategy preferred
5+ years professional experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Management, Organizational Development, Project Management or Operational Excellence preferred
Analytical & Word Processing: Must demonstrate command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
Presentation: must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed actions, illustrating opportunity, alternatives, recommendation and associated economics
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent executive presentation skills
Experience with graphics and design type work preferred
Experience working with all levels of management
Professional Sciences (Prosci) Change Management Certification or CCMP certification or experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal relationships and ability to influence others
Project management skills, tools and phases of project lifecycle
Experience in meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities
