Accountabilities

  • Manages calendar and schedule for supervisor; inclusive of scheduling both business and professional meetings/appointments
  • Maintains supervisors' appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Makes Cardinal Health guest travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Assists staff with scheduling meetings and events
  • Manages all travel arrangements, including all related logistics, and accommodations for supervisors
  • Coordinates attendance of participants by managing complex schedules
  • Records meeting minutes for distribution
  • Manages day-to-day operations of the office
  • Processes expenses and generate and manage correspondence
  • Independently distributes and sorts mail
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies and equipment; expedite procurement of office supplies
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations; proof reads documents for spelling and grammar
  • Manages both paper and electronic filing systems and records
  • Manages office budgets and facilitates administration of budget requests (e.g. appropriate department numbers for billing, etc.)
  • Set-up Q&R phone lines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 5+ years work experience in related field preferred
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality is maintained
  • Consistently maintains a positive attitude and professional decorum
