Sr. Analyst – Operations
Red Oak is seeking a professional with a proven record of achievement, ideally with 3 – 5+ years of work experience, for this role. Based on your experience, this role may level at either the Sr. Analyst or Manager level. The Operations team is part of Red Oak’s sourcing function and represents Red Oak at both CVS Health and Cardinal Health and navigates interactions within and across all organizations and functions with stakeholders at all levels.
The Sr. Analyst – Operations will work alongside the executive team of Red Oak as well as high level liaison teams at both Cardinal Health and CVS Health. This is a visible role as the professional will support CVS Health and Cardinal Health requests and strategic initiatives, field questions from both organizations, support several internal Red Oak functions (e.g., Strategy, Finance) as appropriate, and will partner closely with Red Oak’s sourcing professionals on stock flow (e.g., coverage, volume), contracting for product, and related critical items to ensure best in class operations.
Analytical skills, excellent networking and communication skills, engagement skills, a business focused mentality, and a highly collaborative personality are all needed to succeed in this role. Pharma/hospital/health care experience is preferable, but not necessary.
