What Research Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

The Research Operations team is responsible for providing quality, timely, granular and actionable data for selected operational and clinical metrics, as well as tracking and identifying trends for healthcare data and providing benchmark comparisons for healthcare providers.

Accountabilities in this role:

  • Manage all aspects of data collection before, during, and after Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) meetings
  • Program surveys as needed in Qualtrics
  • Provide online ARS (Audience Response System) facilitation assistance
  • Analyze data and assist with basic statistical analysis
  • Create and update existing Market Research PowerPoint reports
  • Provide Quality Assurance (QA) of surveys, and other Market Research materials
  • Other office-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Market Research or Healthcare Analytics
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office programs (specifically Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Qualtrics survey platform a bonus
  • Experience with Oncology a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work weekends and travel (>20%)
