  • Demonstrates working knowledge of concepts and principles of business metrics and analytical techniques/tools, including their application in executing effective sales data management and reporting
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of how (internal/external) customers' needs relate to Cardinal Health's sales success

  • Works to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to the details of the tasks at hand and by breaking them down into smaller pieces

Accountabilities in this role

Business Metrics/Analytics is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence to support the strategic objectives of the sales organization and drive operational excellence. Includes data and technology management (data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, metrics management and reporting.)


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree, preferred
  • 3 years of general business experience desired
  • Advanced computer skills, Proficient in analytical tools such as Excel and Access
  • Business Objects experience desired, Tableau and Alteryx is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers and adapt to different personalities
  • Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Detail Oriented and Analytical
  • Lean Six Sigma experience desired
  • SharePoint experience desired
