The Minimally Invasive Therapies Group strives to enable earlier diagnosis, better treatment, faster complication-free recovery, and enhanced patient outcomes through less invasive surgical solutions.

PATIENT MONITORING AND RECOVERY focuses on improving outcomes associated with respiratory compromise, deep vein thrombosis, nutritional insufficiency, and healthcare associated infections.

A Day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with others in Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering to assure overall regulatory compliance.
  • Apply your mentality of flawless execution to all endeavors, including CAPA investigations, supplier audits and follow-up investigations, corporate holds, facilitation of the Material Review Board and satisfying customers.
  • Lead your QA Technician team of direct reports and provide career development and mentoring.
  • Implement improvement training in SPC, Five-Why, and FDA regulations.
  • Use your analytical skills to facilitate root cause and corrective/preventive actions for nonconforming materials.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 2 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
  • Demonstrated mathematical ability and exposure to SPC, DOE, FMEA and/or Minitab.

Nice to have:

  • MDD, ISO13485 and CMDR experience
  • FDA Regulated Industry experience as well as applicable Quality System Standards and Regulations experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Six Sigma Training/Lean Manufacturing Training
