What Clinical Ops Project Mgmt contributes to Cardinal Health
Clinical Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Clinical Operations function.
Demonstrates depth and breadth of project management experience
Demonstrates advanced knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies
Manages implementation projects independently in a more complex environment
Facilitates strategic decisions to optimize implementation projects specific to the management of scope, financials and schedule
Anticipates project risks and develops mitigation strategies/plans for more complex risk factors
Serves as resource and/or mentor to team and less experienced project managers
Presents and communicates projects to senior level business management
Resolves conflicts across project team members and customers without functional intervention
Leads and directs the discussion with the project team and customers to define scope and project requirements
Influences internal and external customer expectations so ensure that expectations are aligned
Advanced degree, preferred
2+ years of experience in related field
PMP certification, highly preferred
