Take a product management approach to define market strategy, prioritize, develop and deploy customer technology offerings to meet customer needs within the Pharmaceutical Distribution business group. Analyze customer, business and competitor feedback to understand our customers’ eCommerce journey and influence the Order Express product life roadmap. Work to conceive and develop innovative ‘best practices’ marketing programs that benefit Cardinal Health and our pharmacy customers. With attention to detail and eye for quality, communicate complex technical information to internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Drive customer adoption of recommended best practices within Order Express and analyze campaign effectiveness
Improve and promote Order Express integration with Cardinal Health marketing solutions
Write supporting documentation for system enhancements and standardize content across platforms
Manage to budget third party contractor help video production
Be a product visionary through synthesizing feedback to drive effective prioritization of resources
With strong technical writing, convey Order Express related messaging through internal and external communication channels
Deliver customer-facing product presentations and training
Education or Equivalent:
Four year bachelor’s degree with emphasis on business, marketing or communications
Two or more years of experiencing interacting with sales and/or customers in a product or project management role
Experience with business critical applications and/or services
Strong customer focus and orientation
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Demonstrated innovative, creative, and flexible approach to problem solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress, deadline-driven environment
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Strong decision making and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and balance workload
Ability to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.
Must be able to travel both by car and plane as requires (2 – 4 trips per year)
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with aggressive sales and financial targets.
Office environment, 40 hours per week
Analytical environment including strategic planning and communication.
