Why Is This Role Critical?

As a member of the Product team, you’ll have a critical role in transforming customer requests for new products, adaptions, or enhancements into clear, unambiguous requirements. You’ll help to prioritize the product backlog and serve as the escalation point between the organization and Engineering.

What you will be accountable for….

The Product Manager, Reporting and Analytics, will work within a team of Product Managers and UX designers to gather requirements from customers, partners and internal stakeholders on assigned product areas. You’ll help to turn data into actionable information that drives good business decisions.

  • Help identify the data to capture and work across the product team to ensure we are capturing it.
  • Work closely with development and user experience to determine the best way to present the data via reports, dashboards or in clinical workflows.
  • Manage your product’s roadmap and investment strategy, collaborating with key stakeholders to gain alignment.
  • Become a subject matter expert on care transitions and care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively within Agile scrum teams.
  • Develop exceptional user stories that drive the team to build incrementally towards solutions that deliver tremendous value to our current and future customers.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team members with less experience.
  • Provide transparency into upcoming releases, and drive both product and organizational readiness.
  • Work with customers, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to understand new product opportunities.
  • Own and lead the product development process from beginning to end—from discovery through customer pilot and beta programs to deployment and beyond—ensuring that end-user needs are being met and that the organization is constantly learning from and improving the process.

What you will need to be successful……

  • 4+ years as a Product Manager. Agile experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • Inception to launch experience in the product lifecycle of one or more IT solutions, preferably in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of how software is developed and deployed in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and achieve results.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence as a presenter.
  • Ability to pay attention to the details without getting lost in the weeds.
  • Ability to work comfortably in an evolving environment and convert ambiguity to clarity.
  • Experience with reporting applications (Excel, Tableau, etc.). SQL experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel - about 10% of the time.
