Identify current and future state of each of the practices that are to be followed within the organization; develop a plan to address all of the gaps
Partners with Leadership and team members to establish and maintain best practices, including the following :
Agile Engineering Practices
Agile Management Practices
Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding / Off boarding)
Develops and maintains metrics for measuring practice adoption and impact of improvement.
Develop a resource balanced schedule that helps us drive to completion of improved practices and processes.
Understand the financial differences and constraints between the various leaders and help educate the teams on best practices and policies.
Responsible for operationalizing/automating practices. This may include researching and selecting tools/products to support this.
Servant Leader responsible for coaching agile software development teams in delivery of software products to market.
Participates as a leader of the organization working in conjunction with the other leaders to ensure we are always continuously improving the whole organization with our manager effectiveness and career development for the better of Cardinal Health, our customers, our employees, and the patients we serve.
Communicates project status information to key stakeholders
Effectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success.
Connects project objectives to broader organizational goals.
Negotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project execution.
Bachelor's in related field, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years experience in related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in project management.
Experience in leading agile software development and 2+ years of hands on development.
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication and time management skills
Proven leadership ability
