Job Description Summary

The PET Operations Process Improvement Consultant will play a key role in development and delivery of training for the PET organization, related to SOP changes, SAP enhancements, critical projects and other specific subject matter. The Consultant will support One Team to drive engagement and improvement in PET.

Additional Job Description

The consultant will support the director with identifying, providing subject matter expertise, partnering with the NPS training team, reviewing accuracy of materials, and ensuring delivery of training. Subjects may include: Technician Onboarding and ongoing Technician Training, PSS Onboarding, subject matter training such as chromatography, technique and technical writing. Consultant will assist with other training needs as identified and prioritized, particularly related to key projects. Consultant may serve in role as Impact Assessor for Operations Training during Change Control.

Qualifications and Requirements

Hours: Mon - Fri 8 - 5 but must be flexible

Travel: 5%

Location: Must be willing to relocate to corporate office in Dublin, OH

Consultant must have served as a qualified PET Technician or QAS, and be qualified in PET SAP. Consultant must be open minded, and willing to "build a bridge of collaboration" with various groups including quality, operations, engineering, technical operations, validations, advisor team, project management, IT and training teams. Must be willing to learn facilitation skills, demonstration skills and teaching techniques. Must be willing to facilitate "live" training, via Skype, and occasionally, in person. Must support One Team culture of "How can I help?" mentality, and be driven to improve PET through engagement and focus on our metrics. Consultant must have strong interpersonal skills including: strong listening skills, strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to uncover, share and drive adoption of best practices across the network. Must be able to facilitate decision making. Must have a passion of reporting, transparency and building accountability.
