Why Is This Role Critical?

naviHealth is looking to hire an Operations Strategy Analyst as a supporting member of the Operations Strategy Group. The Operations Strategy Analyst will be at the center of driving improved operational performance across the client portfolio through development and distribution of action-oriented reports and presentations. As a member of the Operations Strategy Group, you will work with internal and external Senior Leadership teams to develop data driven action plans for improving program performance. You’ll have an opportunity to engage with many cross functional teams within naviHealth as we build collaborative networks between finance, data, and field operations.

As a member of the team, the colleague will gain exposure to rapidly changing and developing healthcare payment models, including CMS’ Bundled Payment for Care Improvement Initiative (BPCI), Medicare Advantage Plans, ACOs, and other developing programs.

What you will be accountable for…

  • Develop and maintain reporting models for development of presentations and reports for senior operations leads
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather data, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations
  • In addition to new development, manage recurring reports for internal and external audiences
  • Handle and maintain confidential data sources
  • Support senior operators in fulfilling client data requests on an ad hoc basis

What you will need to be successful…

  • Undergraduate degree is required
  • 1-2 years of work experience in prior analyst or consulting position preferred
  • Exceptional problem solving, organization and communications skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Tableau experience a plus)
  • Display ability to learn quickly in a rapidly developing work environment
  • Preliminary understanding of healthcare system; Exposure to Advanced Payment Models (APMs) or Value-based Care (VBC) models is a plus
  • Candidate must be driven to provide solutions for clients
  • Candidate must display a high degree of integrity and work standards
