Lead national sales teams to achieve/exceed budgeted sales commitments
Develop sales leaders for effective hiring, training, development, performance management and retention of sales staff
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
Leverage customer feedback to work cross functionally with marketing, category management and operations to improve organizational performance
Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
Bachelors degree required
Graduate degree preferred
6-10 years healthcare sales experience
Experience leading and developing successful sales teams
Ability to travel 50% of time
Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills
