Position Summary

The Manager of Sales Operations will be responsible for Managing CRM data while improving productivity by evaluating and implementing sales technology. Additional responsibilities include helping sales leaders make data-driven decisions through territory management, pipeline management and sales analytics. Work with marketing to enable campaigns, salespeople while leveraging data to provide data driven decision making sales strategies. Continuously, evaluate new applications and tools to help drive sales efficiencies with the CRM.

  • 5+ years sales/sales operations experience
  • 5+ years experience

Position Responsibilities

  • Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, frontline supervisors and/or business support staff within Marketing, Finance, Sales
  • Assists with sales territory management and strategy
  • Manages – configuration, setup, design, reporting, architecture
  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
  • Ability to work with subordinates, peer customers and suppliers at various management levels may interact with senior management
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency across the sales organization
  • Collaborates closely with IT, other business units and functions as a CRM administrator
  • Assists sales team members with operational tasks, such as data analysis, policy execution, pipeline review, territory management, review of sales attainment
  • Identifies areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes, campaigns and reporting
  • Supports the Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes
  • Supports sales strategy and enablement initiatives around sales process and methodology focused on improving productivity, visibility, and accountability against goals
  • Collaborates with Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes
  • Monitors the accurate and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the Sales organization
  • Works closely with Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, and Sales leadership on projects, including incentive compensation analyses to develop Sales compensation plans
  • Manages software vendor relationships and looks for continuous improvement opportunities
