We are seeking high-energy, customer-focused team members to join the Cardinal Health team and lead the industry optimizing supply chain, inventory management and clinical workflow practices.
As Manager, SaaS Operations you will be building and leading a global team of motivated and highly skilled systems engineers responsible for 24x7 support of multiple production software applications and services. You will help to create and foster a DevOps culture ensuring reliable delivery of software updates while maintaining high uptime and security standards. Job responsibilities include:
Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures in to achieve audit compliance for SSAE 16 SOC2
Ensure healthcare information security best practices and HIPAA compliance utilizing HITRUST CSF
Monitor, troubleshoot, prioritize, and repair production systems to meet customer SLAs
Deploy new versions of software to production environments throughout the world
Automate monitoring and reporting procedures to ensure real time exception based monitoring and alerting
Drive operational excellence through process automation ensuring data integrity, reliability, and availability in production environments
Manage technical and business relationships for third party infrastructure and services vendors
Recruit and hire quality personnel who fit the organization culturally and enable the group to scale and meet industry best practices
Collaborate with the software development and quality assurance teams in a fast paced environment
Develop , maintain, and test high availability systems, disaster recovery environments, and business continuity plans
Serve as liaison to Cardinal Health corporate security team to ensure knowledge share and adherence to best practices
Drive a DevOps culture
Evaluation of new technologies to improve efficiency, performance, and scalability
Ensure secure connectivity to customer nodes for general maintenance
Manage budget and purchases related to production environments
Act as escalation point in a 24x7x365 environment
10 years of experience in a Cloud environment
4 years of demonstrated experience managing technical teams (e.g. systems, database)
Proven technical skills in Linux, Oracle WebLogic, Oracle RAC, AWS
Knowledge of WLST and WLDF a plus
Experience with escalation management
Demonstrated knowledge of managing high availability and disaster recovery solutions
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize system processes and integrations
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply learnings
Demonstrated experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and change management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
