Major Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating activities of a multi-shift operation

  • Achieving maximum productivity through the effective use of work force, equipment and materials

  • Develop annual financial plan and operate cost center within a $2mm budget and account for variances during financial reviews

  • Manage Production Supervisor staff, proactively

  • Recognize operational problems and develop corrective actions

  • Plan and implement staffing modifications and process improvements to ensure the facility’s production output and quality goals are achieve

  • Ensure products manufactured and assembled meet and/or exceed established quality standards and FDA regulations
  • Lead and participate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the Plant’s manufacturing process
  • Develop and implement manufacturing cost improvements
