Why Is This Role Critical?

The Manager of FP&A partners with internal and external stakeholders to drive the overall financial performance of the company.

What you will be accountable for….

  • Effective management and leadership of the FP&A team
  • Responsible for financial reporting, including corporate budgets and forecasts for all revenue and expense related activities
  • Variance and profitability analyses extensively relied on by internal and external business partners
  • Business performance reporting
  • Ad hoc work to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Participation in monthly financial close process

What you will need to be successful……

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA preferred
  • 5 – 8 years or more of Finance experience with financial analysis and reporting including expertise in the following areas: – budgeting/forecasting, pricing, management reporting, advanced financial modeling, and profitability analysis
  • 2-4 years of direct management experience
  • Health care experience

The nice to haves……

  • Experience working with or reporting to senior executives
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment, supporting a high growth company
