What Contract Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health
Contract Compliance is responsible for monitoring, reporting, and enforcing contractual requirements within customer agreements.
Accountabilities in the role
Defines and builds tools and processes required to get a contract compliance program operational for the Medical Segment
Establish enforcement, governance and policies for contract compliance
Works with the finance and sales teams to ensure accuracy of calculations and reporting of compliance results and recommended changes
Own end-to-end contract compliance for Medical including direction setting, opportunity prioritization, report creation, compliance reviews with sales and finance, exception management, and scorecard development
Recommends and implements changes to the contracting process to drive efficiency and enforceability of pricing compliance
Identify initiatives to drive profitability and price compliance across the businesses
Establish vision, goals and success factors for the team
Ability to influence and lead complex cross-functional alignment with multiple BUs
Identify automation needed to improve efficiency of compliance reporting

Applies advanced knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
Interacts cross-functionally with peers and internal customers, including various management levels
Independently determines method for completion of new projects
Receives guidance on overall project objectives
Completes work independently with general guidance on new projects
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, required
5+ years experience in related field
Finance experience, required
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with deal modeling systems, pricing, and sales reporting preferred
