  • Oversee daily operational needs
  • Motivate team to achieve daily productivity goals
  • Assist in maintaining all metrics
  • Assist the coordinator position
  • Assist is maintaining a full team.


  • High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • 5+ years related work experience and/or training required
  • Computer Skills , Excel, Word, Power point, Access
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team building skills
  • 6 Sigma concept
  • High level of shipping and receiving knowledge
  • Knowledge of LTL, OTR and airfreight shipments
  • High standards in Quality
  • Support Supervisor as needed
  • High standards in Safety.
