We are seeking an IT Operations Support Lead at our Lewisville location. This person will be responsible for resolving customer/client technical problems and responding to questions in accordance to service level objectives, processes and procedures. They will serve as liaison between customer/client and IT to resolve business issues related to technologies.
Provides technical support to the organizations internal/external users of computer applications and hardware.
Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures.
Serves as a liaison between customer/client and IT to resolve business issues related to technologies.
Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development in order to restore service and/or identify problems.
Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Manages user access rights.
Tier 2 Application support
Estimation of client-requested SOWs
Adherence to SOC2 audit controls
Lead for legacy support team (service partner liaison)
Computer Science or related degree
2+ years of IT application support experience supporting numerous (over 20) applications
5+ years of development experience in a .NET environment
8+ years of overall IT experience
Expert level trouble shooting experience with a keen desire to learn new technologies
Agile methodology experience
