What Digital Campaign Management Development contributes to Cardinal Health
Digital Campaign Management is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels.
Creates compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales in support of business objectives.
Plans, manages and executes all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Collaborates with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results.
Develop and maintain an enterprise email marketing content calendar by working closely with internal clients and historical data
Partner with analytics team to develop and maintain a scorecard to publish for program health, including statistics around audience engagement, database growth, device usage, volume and velocity. Provide insights to business partners and recommend enhancements for email marketing program based on data
Work with email production team to launch email campaigns - both internal resources and manage outsourced agency relationships
Administer our instance of SF Marketing Cloud, including, but not limited to:
Create & maintain documentation of integrations and project blueprints, like SFDC Sales Cloud, Site Catalyst, AEM, etc.
Manage user licenses, roles and permissions
Manage profile and preference center, including monthly reporting of profile statistics and compliance of use across enterprise
Manage email templates and work with production designer to keep code up to date with industry trends
Work with UX team to design and implement a testing program for email marketing
Create and maintain job aids and best practices for digital generalist team and marketing/communications partners for use of email templates and other marketing cloud capabilities
Lead enterprise wide Marketing Cloud user group, develop case studies and share best practices
Provide capability demonstrations to new internal business clients, present email case studies and best practices at enterprise marketing events
Provide troubleshooting and support to digital generalist team and outside agency partners, be the main point of contact for premium support with Marketing Cloud and internal IT partners
Advocate and support the Cardinal Health brand
Complete projects on time and budget
Bachelor's Degree (major in marketing, communications, web design, fine arts, graphic design, journalism, English or related field)
4-6 years work experience in related field.
A deep understanding of email marketing including but not limited to: promotional messaging, transactional messaging, best practices, deliverability, reputation management, CAN-SPAM compliance, analytics and emerging trends
Experience with Pardot, Salesforce.com and/or AMP script is a plus
Strong verbal and communications skills
Demonstrates a strong bias towards service, quality and customer satisfaction
Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge
Supports development of digital media and ensures brand compliance
Ability to develop and implement strategies and programs that support and help meet business objectives. Attention to detail, self-starter, general organization and project management skills
Creative / web design and development experience; working with: HMTL/CSS
Understanding of project methodology and approach to business strategy, design and development
