What Compliance contributes to Cardinal Health
Ethics and Compliance serves as subject matter experts in one or more compliance areas (Privacy, HIPAA, FCPA, Healthcare Fraud and Abuse) to develop processes and procedures and assist in monitoring. Proactively provides training, education and guidance regarding compliance topics.
BS in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business Management
Minimum of 4 to 6 years in healthcare compliance related field
Experience using the following software: Articulate, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, goAnimate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to support multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Ability to identify and help develop key analysis that will contribute to the development of overall strategies
Experience performing a similar role in global, multinational company a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expertise using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required

Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of legal and compliance concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
Partners with subject matter experts to identify performance needs and build effective training solutions
Customer orientated attitude and ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects with a sense of urgency
Possess knowledge of and experience using a learning management system
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
