Our Manufacturing Site hopes to find a Qualified and Driven professional to fill the open position of an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor - who works as part of a core team concept comprised of Leads, Supervisors, Superintendents, Quality and Manufacturing Engineers – assist with the supervision of a diverse team of manufacturing associates and ensures quality, safety and production standards are met.


When Supervisor is absent, may temporarily act as Supervisor, and provide feedback for use in performance appraisals and periodic coaching of manufacturing associates.

Assist supervise, lead and coach a group of Manufacturing Associates by working with Supervisors, Leads, and Superintendents on planning and prioritizing daily work activities to meet production and business objectives.

Collaborate with Supervisors, Leads and Superintendents on completing production plan by assisting with scheduling and personnel assignment, establishing priorities, monitoring production processes and reporting machine efficiency issues and malfunction to designated individuals.

Act as liaison for manufacturing by collaborating cross-functionally to plan, in advance, resources needed to support validations and other small projects.

Collaborate with Supervisors and cross-functional groups (i.e. engineering, quality and logistic) on the development of current and future state value stream maps and continuous improvement plans, as well as the implementation of those plans.

Serve as a key member and assist drive Quality objectives by ensuring compliance to quality systems and partner with Quality function on root cause investigations for non-conformances (i.e. NCR, Internal Audit, CAPA, etc.), identify and execute corrective actions by expected corrective actions by expected completion date(s).

Maintains manufacturing specifications and process documentation and ensures compliance with CGMP regulations, ISO, FDA, OSHA safety regulations and company human resources policies.

Provides personnel guidance consistent with company human resources policies.

Responsible to observe department's safety regulations and to use personal protective equipment as required.
