Create, organize, manage, and make paper and/or electronic copies of files and documentation including global registrations, technical files, design dossiers, and certificates
Manage Global RA Regulatory documentation
Maintain and manage International RA SOPs
Obtain documents required for regulatory registrations such as Certificates of Free Sale, and Certificates to Foreign Government
Manage legalization of documents to support registrations
Facilitate the preparation of regulatory presentations for meetings and trainings
Support the Global Regulatory Affairs Department with travel planning
Bachelor degree with major in engineering or life sciences; equivalent work experience will be considered
1-2 years’ experience in document control in a regulated environment
Demonstrated ability to use databases and prepare documents and presentations
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
