Primary responsibilities are to:

  • Create, organize, manage, and make paper and/or electronic copies of files and documentation including global registrations, technical files, design dossiers, and certificates
  • Manage Global RA Regulatory documentation
  • Maintain and manage International RA SOPs
  • Obtain documents required for regulatory registrations such as Certificates of Free Sale, and Certificates to Foreign Government
  • Manage legalization of documents to support registrations
  • Facilitate the preparation of regulatory presentations for meetings and trainings
  • Support the Global Regulatory Affairs Department with travel planning
  • Bachelor degree with major in engineering or life sciences; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 1-2 years’ experience in document control in a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use databases and prepare documents and presentations
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
