Plan, manage and execute the overall marketing activities and lifecycle management for assigned medical consumable product portfolio
Support the execution of brand strategies that drive results in attaining brand and corporate goals for Asia Pacific
Monitor market trends and identify appropriate opportunities based upon portfolio, market analysis and competitor analysis
Develop and execute regional (country-specific) marketing campaigns, develop KOL network, take charge of trade shows and launches with stakeholders both internal and external
Provide clear communication and leadership across the organization to ensure advertising, promotions, tradeshows, online content, sales tools, and all other brand deliverables are executed with urgency and precision while collaborating and fostering teamwork
Lead distributor sales training on products, processes, etc.
Identify and implement strategies and tactics to maximize new product launch impact in the region with various stakeholders to include pre-launch site preparation, on-site product training.
Develop strategies and tactics to ensure consistent utilization of new products after initial launch
Support the development and execution of product training for the sales team
Develop and promulgate best practices within the region
Engage KOLs to secure product performance feedback, identify unmet needs and future product improvements. Work with internal stakeholders such as marketing and R&D to share this feedback
Provide support for any strategic business development activities requiring field evaluation across products
Bachelor degree holder in Marketing or Related Field
At least 5 years of regional marketing experiences, preferably in medical industry
Possess knowledge and skills in product management, branding management and marketing communication
An add on nursing background in OR environment is preferred.
Independent, resourceful and self-starter with ability to drive projects with minimal supervision
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
