What Digital Campaign Management Development contributes to Cardinal Health

Digital Campaign Management is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels.


  • The Web Help Desk Representative is responsible for acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution in response to inquiries about our websites.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of websites and products to help the customer's discovery and navigation of the websites.
  • Responsible for taking inbound customer calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • Route and redirect customer inquiries to correct resources as needed.
  • Work on routine assignments that require basic problem resolution such as managing customer email inbox and voicemails.


  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in related field, preferred.


  • Issue Resolution: Go above and beyond to troubleshoot problems and resolve web issues as quickly as possible. Implement web, customer service and operations skills to address technical difficulties.
  • Compliance: uphold Cardinal Health's standards of compliance and maintain date and information privacy.
  • Communication: handle calls with efficiency and empathy and maintain a customer-centric approach to communication. Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional and succinct manner.
