Telesales - Inside Sales Rep

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 2 years sales experience

Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrates basic industry, customer and Cardinal Health knowledge
  • Maximize customer relations through timely contact with both new and existing customers
  • Sustain and build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Initiate introductory customer calls with the objective of developing long term business relationships
  • Effectively negotiate and collaborate with customers and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Applies basic sales protocols by following approved guidelines
  • Ability to exhibit relationship management skills, strong negotiation skills and communicate effectively
