Responsible for maximizing customer value/satisfaction by aligning complex product solutions and services with key customer initiatives. Builds and maintains relationship with key decision makers or potential influencers. Involves a longer sales cycle.

We are looking for Senior Marketing Project Manager that is a highly adaptive individual and an expert in managing multi-channel and multi-program projects within cross-functional organizations.

In this role, reporting to VP/Head of Marketing, you operate with a strong bias for action, and the ability to independently drive projects across marketing as well as work collaboratively and cross functionally to drive results. You will have strong analytical capabilities, the ability to think strategically about operational processes, have experience handling large and complex information, and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and manage the details of the program. As well, the successful candidate will be able to clearly define and communicate the direction of the necessary improvements both to business teams and project managers.


  • Develop operational strategy planning with internal partners.
  • Define, implement, and improve processes and workflow for marketing campaign and content development.
  • Facilitate strategic allocation and capacity planning for relevant programs.
  • Drive and lead projects to navigate through ambiguity and find solutions.
  • Manage full project lifecycle (requirements, scope, schedule, resources, testing, quality, release, costs, changes) for cross-functional, company-wide initiatives.
  • Identify critical program milestones and options to mitigate risks.
  • Manage day-to-day development of content from request through delivery of creative assets for web, mobile, email, digital advertising, and print programs.
  • Pro-actively build and maintain strong relationships with business and marketing leadership partners.
  • Manage and lead the resolution of difficult stakeholder issues.
  • Understand, analyze, and act on key performance indicators to continually improve customer experiences.
  • Organize and communicate complex information to wide audiences clearly and simply to drive actions.
  • Represent all aspects of Marketing Operations with every level of the organization.


  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience managing relationships, cross-functional teams, programs, or products for marketing and digital organizations
  • Demonstrate expertise in process engineering to build and implement solutions without / with limited direction
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of e-Commerce and marketing success measurements and goals.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a self-starter that has track record of delivering results
  • Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated track record of creative problem solving; thinks big, starts small, grows fast
  • Track record of setting/exceeding goals; evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
  • Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player with experience in negotiation and team building.
  • Skilled in MS Office suite.
