What Digital Campaign Management Development contributes to Cardinal Health

Digital Campaign Management is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels.

  • Creates compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales in support of business objectives.
  • Plans, manages and executes all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results.

Accountabilities

The Sr. Manager, Omni-Commerce will have responsibility for driving prioritization of promotional tactics, campaigns, and strategies to achieve business objectives through the direct B2B ecommerce platform, indirect ecommerce, and other digitally enabled methods. This role supports the Medical Segment Commercial organization and will balance strategy with execution while collaborating with key business stakeholders across all sales channels.

  • Supports merchandisers with execution of digital marketing strategy in the B2B ecommerce platform.
  • Develop strategy for selling Cardinal Health branded products through indirect ecommerce channels (e.g. Amazon).
  • Partner with integrated marketing resources to create the digital marketing content and campaigns across channels designed to increase CAH brand revenue and build loyalty with customers.
  • Continuously analyze online marketing campaigns and their success; propose innovative ways to improve the online marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the production schedule and process of strategic digital marketing content and campaigns.
  • Oversee creation and adherence to production schedules by providing communication, tracking and reporting, and lead timely asset approvals.
  • Deliver campaign timelines for large/complex/cross-functional strategic and/or technical initiatives that may extend across businesses.
  • Provide oversight for the production and distribution of marketing content, the process improvement function and the execution of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage cross-functional execution of A/B and multi-variate testing on all aspects of a customers’ journey.
  • Work with Loyalty Marketing team to translate program strategies into digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate creative development and delivery.
  • Create and monitor reports inclusive of Key Performance Indicators.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption when appropriate.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly planning sessions with key stakeholders to support the digital marketing content and campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate ability to take initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Strong digital, ecommerce and omni-channel marketing experience within B2B or Retail industry.
  • Experience with selling and marketing through indirect channels (Amazon, eBay, Jet.com, etc) is preferred.
  • Experience with HTML5 a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target preferred.
  • Qualified candidate will have strong organizational/prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple, large projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing, deadline driven environment.
  • Must employ strong analytical skills and deliver monthly reports based on findings.
  • Demonstrate experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform build of web and creative services.
