Strategic Intelligence/Analytics is responsible for strategic data/information, value at stake analysis and other business analytics in support of strategic planning and execution

The Speech Analytics role will focus on supporting our vision of using Speech Analytics to understand and improve Quality within our Customer Service Centers. We are looking for a dynamic, creative individual with a vision to ‘Change the World’ of Quality through Speech Analytics. This individual will leverage existing speech analytics queries and create new queries as needed to enhance our understanding of Quality. In addition, creative data presentation/delivery skills, using data to tell a story and inspire improved Quality will be key to the success of this role.


  • Shared ownership and business management of the Speech Application Solution.
  • Conducts analysis of client business processes and functional or reporting requirements.
  • Prepares appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information
  • Analyzes data, evaluates existing application products or reporting methods, and recommends efficient, cost effective solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements.
  • Evaluates existing processes and reporting methods.
  • Recommends efficient, compliant solutions which support business processes and functional requirements.
  • Participates in cross-functional task forces to identify and document functional or reporting requirements, work flow, information sources and distribution paths, and system specifications.
  • Develops basic business cases with cost estimates, service, and benefit dimensions of proposed IT projects that are used for funding and scope decisions.
  • Identify unanticipated trends / patterns while listening to calls.


  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of business experience with hands-on project management experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and Word Processing
  • Possesses aptitude for learning new technologies / software

  • Strong problem-solving / troubleshooting skills

  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and organized

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
