What Sales Admin/Ops Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Sales Operations function

Accountabilities

• Manage assigned accounts including sales, pricing, marketing and planning.
• Solicit new accounts and increase sales to existing customers.
• Manage assigned manufactures representative agencies.
• Represent the division at customer and industry events.

• Maintain pipeline of new opportunities for key customers and rep agencies.
• Conduct on-site sales meetings and on-going field training.
• Update and maintain customer management system.
• 35 - 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate business degree.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in business to business sales and/or sales management.
• Experience managing independent rep agencies.
• Demonstrated record of achievement.
• Excellent communication and PC skills.
• Professional selling, follow up, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
