Why Is This Role Critical?

NaviHealth’s Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the bi-weekly processing of payroll for NaviHealth as well as other maintenance duties around the payroll process. 

What you will be accountable for….

  • Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis via ADP
  • Process new hires & terminations in ADP & Concur
  • Reconcile timecard reporting using ADP’s time and attendance module
  • Reconcile and respond to colleague inquiries regarding time off (PTO and other) maintained in ADP’s Time Off module
  • Update employee records in ADP for any changes to corporate departments, supervisors, etc.
  • Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts related to employee benefits
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll timely, effectively and courteously
  • Address requests for payroll information from various departments and outside agencies timely, effectively and courteously
  • Periodic auditing requests to ensure data consistency for automated processes

What you will need to be successful……

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a payroll position
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
  • ADP WFN Custom Reporting experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and operate at a high-level under pressure
  • Self-motivated
