What Manufacturing Planning contributes to Cardinal Health

Manufacturing Planning is responsible for the forecasting, planning and scheduling of manufacturing resources, including materials, equipment, and labor resources to efficiently achieve manufacturing goals as defined by internal and external customer expectations. Responsible for distribution of medical device sub-assemblies. Addresses conflicts and constraints in manufacturing to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.  Maintains optimal inventories of components and raw materials.  Supports new product introductions.  Implements continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft office – highly skilled in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
