Maintenance Supervisor


Provide leadership and direction to maintenance and technical personnel responsible for providing maintenance services to plant customers, in order to maintain manufacturing equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance methods. 

Responsible for engaging subordinates in safety programs. 

Responsible for developing and coordinating all mechanical and electrical aspects of improving equipment reliability (OEE).


Education and/or Experience Preferred:  Minimum two year technical degree required.  Four year engineering degree preferred.  Four to ten years of related industrial maintenance experience, with two years minimum experience of direct supervision of technical personnel.  Two years minimum experience in reliability-centered maintenance management.  Prior training in TPM or similar disciplined maintenance methods is desirable.  Must have good knowledge of plant utilities and systems.

Able to interpret common scientific and technical information.

Good written and oral communication skills. 

Project management and follow up.

Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access software preferred. 

Working experience with Maximo, SAP, or other maintenance management software preferred.
