What Customer Master Data contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Master Data plays a critical role in creating a consistent customer experience in data management.  Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders and driving process compliance, in addition to, maintaining a close working partnership with  operational IT and analytics resources across the company.

  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members
  • May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise


  • On-boarding new business to Cardinal Health through the customer set-up and completion process
  • Ensure business rules are followed for proper set up and completion of customer accounts
  • Accountable for timely processing and transaction metrics
  • Work closely with submitters to troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure that our customers have a positive experience


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working with data and in database systems
