Inside Sales Coordinator - Temporary

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join the team on a 6 months contract, in our head office in Vaughan, Ontario.

This position is responsible for supporting our outstanding Inside Sales team in a dynamic and fast pace environment. The Inside Sales Coordinator will provide sale administration and coordination expertise to the group and the senior department management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities for our Key Account – entering orders, completing reports, communicating pricing updates;
  • Process requests for invoices, product literature and samples for customers;
  • Process credit, rebills and product returns as required;
  • Track credit card and C.O.D orders to ensure timely order processing;
  • Manage and distribute customer faxes and emails and follow-up with backorders;
  • Coordinate resolution for short, incorrect and/or missing shipments;
  • Assist sales team with tenders/RFP’s;
  • Complete and courier all new customer welcome packages;
  • Answer and direct calls within sales department as required;
  • Maintain department supplies, literature, promotional materials, sample stock and order business cards as required;
  • Coordinate needs for monthly team meetings and record minutes;
  • Other duties as required.

Know How and Experience

  • Post-Secondary education is preferred;
  • 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales support experience is required;
  • Experience is medical sales and service is an asset;
  • Ability to problem solve and work in a fast pace environment;
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
  • Must exhibit professional and polished telephone manner;
  • Highly organized and detail focused individual, with a bias for action;
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail).
