Customer Service Representative, Order Management and Entry

Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking two full-time contractual Customer Service Representatives, Customer Order Management for an immediate need within our head office in Vaughan. These roles could become permanent depending on business needs.

This position is responsible for the vital interfacing between customers, sales, marketing and logistics teams.  The Customer Order Management Representative processes customer orders and responds to customer inquiries in resolving problems such as substitute products, backorders, order tracing etc. The position is key to building and maintaining customer relationships.

Know How and Experience

  • Post-Secondary Education preferred;
  • Bilingualism: French and English (written and spoken), preferred.
  • Good computer skills Processing customer purchase orders and sample orders for sales reps.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, and pay attention to detail.
  • Receives general direction on standard work;
  • Receives detailed instruction on new assignments
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed JD Edwards experience preferred;
  • Other duties as required in order to maximize customer relationships by providing consistent responsive information.
