For our commercial organisation in Spain we are looking to recruit an Iberia Cardiology Product Manager for our Medical Devices Segment

The Role:

  • Gather, analyze and disseminate information relevant to our market to make future decisions and strategic adjustments
  • Lead or/and supervise specific congress organizations
  • Organize, plan, execute and  monitor fast product launches
  • Manage product related tasks (forecasting, portfolio optimization, pricing…)
  • To achieve monthly, quarterly and end of year individual targets 
  • Monitor daily sales and measure results 
  • Report product complaints in a timely manner
  • Gaining contractual commitment for the long-term use of Cardinal products.
  • Maintaining and growing the business in key accounts in line with Medical Device Segment strategic goals.
  • Ensuring Cardinal is the partner of choice within the MD&D market place.
  • Undertaking specific projects as agreed with the Commercial Director.
  • Proposing and identifying Solutions and Ideas to be selected by customers.
  • Leading / Coordinating Cardinal content and communication with key stakeholders in the region.
  • Close collaboration with internal and external customers to develop relationships and maximize the opportunities within key accounts and regions. 
  • Thinking about new approaches, use current solutions /added value catalog, prepare, negotiate, and submit contracts, tenders and service agreements ensuring a proper finance approach, an effective implementation and management of contracts / agreements once secured.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • A minimum of four years’ previous experience in relevant field
  • Experience in a fast paced organization with a quick and pragmatic decisions approach
  • Deep knowledge of public and private sectors
  • Strong network with local authorities
  • Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills
  • Ability to think out of the box and propose innovative solutions / approaches
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive evidence based decisions. Requires strong project management skills
