Edgepark works with 1,300+ health plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, to support billing efficiencies, patient compliance, and shipping supplies direct-to-consumer at-home. Independence Medical serves 12,000+ commercial customers (DME & HME) with driving operational expertise and shipping medical supplies on their behalf direct-to-consumer at-home. Home Healthcare Solutions serves homecare and hospice agencies with clinical expertise, supply management, and shipping supplies direct-to-consumer at-home.

What Marketing Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Marketing Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Marketing function.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented marketing mind to focus on patient journey as a customer -- across nurturing/converting leads, expanding our digital footprint, and building loyalty. At Cardinal Health At-home, we think of patients as customers who we have the privilege of supporting. You will be responsible for understanding what activities increase customer generation from our database and using inbound marketing tactics to add value through content resources and other calls-to action.

You have a dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions. Your goals include: 1) Help nurture interested, qualified leads into customers. 2) Be our customer’s biggest fan internally and run campaigns to boost their adoption and use -- as well as their success with – our products and solutions. 3) You will keep them up-to-date on the latest offerings and features. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead + Customer Nurturing
    • Analyze and interpret what behaviors and patterns make customers successful and more likely to be retained by the company
    • Create the strategy for nurturing leads through a mix of content and calls-to action
    • Find new approaches to lead nurturing, including but not limited to channels like email, social media, blogging, events, and more
    • Create and implement new projects and creative ideas that help improve customer conversion rates
    • Plan and execute the marketing strategy focused on product adoption and overall success for our existing customers
    • Measure the success of these campaigns and optimize your approach based on the resulting data
  • Content
    • Create content to articulate the benefits of our products; Educate our customers about our products and their benefits through customer-focused content
    • Create resources each month to drive leads and awareness
    • Grow our reach by providing regular, helpful content that is in-tune with customer needs
    • Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, operations, industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and our audience/customers
    • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. The role is at core of the marketing team and others will rely on your work every day.
  • Channel
    • Work cross-functionally to manage and/or support all channels across web, email, social media, call center
    • Optimize and experiment to improve key metrics that our company and customers care about
    • Create helpful resources with creative teams to best support our customers
    • Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product or solution

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 4+ years working experience
  • Expert in marketing automation and smart list optimization to build and optimize the right nurturing tracks
  • Experience identifying and nurturing customers on social media
  • Excellent command of all marketing tactics – beyond email – and how they work together to create an efficient funnel
  • Experience producing content for the web, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Adobe Experience, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, especially PowerPoint
  • Experience building an audience online
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to align that communication with the larger company tone.
