What Digital Campaign Management Development contributes to Cardinal Health

Digital Campaign Management is responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies that meet and/or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels.

  • Creates compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales in support of business objectives.
  • Plans, manages and executes all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results.

Accountabilities

As a digital marketer, your job will be to help design and execute digital marketing campaigns using various tools and strategies. This role will work collaboratively across solutions and be a key player in driving digital marketing performance. You will be joining a growing team of marketers who are tasked with generating awareness and capturing qualified inbound leads.

To perform well in this position, you’ll need to use the available digital marketing tools to expand the automation practices and generate qualified leads for a variety of Cardinal Health solutions. Your target market will include a diverse array of healthcare audiences, including pharmacy, payer and acute organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Proven experience managing omni-channel digital programs
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot and/or Salesforce.com Sales Cloud preferred
  • B2B and/or eCommerce experience a plus
  • Experience with Enterprise Email Providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Responsys, Epsilon, etc), a plus
  • Working knowledge of organic search best practices
  • Analytically driven, including working knowledge of analytic tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud(Omniture)
  • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving ability
  • Self-starter personality with enthusiastic, “can do” attitude in accepting work and new challenges
  • Must be able to work autonomously (with minimal direction) while also being part of an integrated team
  • Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities, while maintaining a high level of organization and strong attention to detail
