What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.

Accountabilities

  • Log, sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Post and record outgoing mail
  • Daily closeout of Fedex system
  • Conference room setup
  • Maintain adequate inventory and stock CCFs and cafeteria with supplies
  • Clean whiteboards throughout facility
  • Assist JLL with employee moves
  • Answer HELP desk phone and assist employees
  • Assist with copy/print/binding jobs
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years work experience in related field preferred
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in MS Office programs and Outlook preferred
  • Must have strong organization skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
