Provide management, communications, analytical and technical support for Operations in Russia (on-site at FM Logistics). While working independently, performs Supply Chain, Warehousing and Customer Service local coordination activities, which may include demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, order management, supporting global trade and escalating QRA issues

Provide analytical, data gathering and planning support for Russia Operations
Actively resolve day-to-day operational issues that require coordination between organizations
Perform data gathering and analysis activities in selected areas, such as supply planning, demand planning, life cycle management, customer inventory management and allocation
Work on process improvement and manage Operations projects in Russia
Provide a single point of contact for CAH at FM logistics to coordinate between arvato, FML and CAH
Collect local market information about demand trends and promotional plans
Recommends adjustments to product mix based on historical mix information and marketing information.
Load and maintain product forecasts in the Planning System
Work closely with Supply Chain and Commercial partners in the context of S&OP process.
Tender/Event management and demand scenarios
Target setting: Support inventory target setting based on demand and supply variability.
Understands the impact of manufacturing constrains in supply and inventory for service projections.
Supports capacity planning and analysis with FG inventory & service implications.
Works closely with Supply Chain Management in Supply S&OP meetings.
Collaborates on replenishment settings/parameters.
Monitors inbound and outbound WH operations.
Linkage with Operations management and QRA for Field Actions and returns.
Supports allocation with analyses as required and support exception management
Life cycle management
Conduct scenario-based analyses to evaluate launch options and develop contingency plans.
Support operations in capacity planning analyses.
Calculate optimal initial stock levels and phase-out plans.
Inventory management & allocation
Monitor customer inventory levels
Work with the Russian team to develop & maintain RU warehouse stock aligned to specific customer demand & total market
Work with marketing groups to make customer allocation decisions by analyzing historic demand, available supply and customer prioritization
Support Inbound and receiving product flows, like custom clearance, Expected Time of delivery and availability, etc.
Manage transport lead time and cost and define improvements processes.
Support exception handling, like cycle counts coordination and reconciliation, managing expired / damages products, etc.
Support warehouse VAL activities like labeling and IFU addition.
Daily support to outbound orders and related communication to Customers Service in Gutersloh
Manage and evaluate carrier performance of delivery service, incl. monthly reporting
Support and evaluate FML DC performance of deliveries service, incl. monthly reporting.
Evaluate inventory levels, aging, variances, etc.
Support returns and scrap process.
Conduct historic performance analysis & one-off root cause & scenario analyses as required
Initiates, proposes, and leads improvement on local processes
Involved in trouble shooting and problem solving for Operations processes
Liaison between CAH Russia, FML, Arvato (CS and DC) and act as a focal point in communication and evaluation
Liaison between CAH management in Russia and EMEA for SC, OPS and GT
Customer service (LIFR/BO)
SLOB and Scrap process execution
Leadtime setting and execution
Education and/or experience:
MS degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent industry experience is required; MBA is a plus. We expect a minimum of 4-5 years industry or consulting experience in Supply Chain and Operations management. Previous data analysis as well as demand and supply planning experience is required; system knowledge, IM skills, distribution and/or inventory management are helpful. Candidate’s experience/background will be taken into account for level determination.

Demonstrated ability to manage time against multiple projects and priorities, and have strong data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making ability. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and conducting presentations. Demonstrated ability to lead small to large projects and teams. Must have a high level of personal initiative and ability to function autonomously with a strong sense of urgency, self-confidence, and comfort with new and rapidly changing situations and environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) is required; and Operations and Supply Chain systems experience, ERP (SAP) and SQL is a plus.

I have been trained to load on the spurs, pick and handle floor stock. I have also run the command station and
served as the 3rd shift warehouse lead. I hope that my being able to do almost any position in the warehouse can
take some of the load off of someone else and make a difference for Cardinal Health members.
