We are looking for a highly talented individual who will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, diversity/inclusion, etc. for the France, Italy and Iberia commerical businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human/talent capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance for these countries.

  • Effectively balances business partner responsibility with employee advocacy, and builds a positive employee relations culture and work environment.
  • Acts as a change agent/leader and culture steward.
  • Collaborates with HR Centers of Expertise to execute enterprise-wide programs and solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develops and implements plans and actions to improve employee engagement and manager effectiveness, and foster inclusion.
  • Supports leaders as strategist, coach, facilitator and architect. Be the curator of talent in the region.
  • Champions and supports Human Resources service delivery processes.
  • Understands and utilizes technology to efficiently deliver HR systems and help people stay connected to each other.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide HR business partner support to employees across multiple business sites in the Southern Europe region
  • This position will be situated in Paris, France and supports multiple client groups (cardiovascular, consumables, functions)
  • Anticipated travel target is 25%
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership teams
  • Effectively communicate, influence, drive to consensus, and execute on initiatives across all levels of leadership
  • Collaborate on talent needs and workforce planning across other business units and functions
  • Partner with leaders in all areas of HR, support and implement cyclical initiatives including talent management, organizational design, talent & succession planning, employee training and development, talent management, diversity initiatives, employee relations, and individual coaching
  • Strong, proactive employee relations focus with a special attention to change management
  • Manage relationship with Works Council

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in related field
  • Languages: French and English fluent (both written and spoken), Italian and/or Spanish preferred
  • Multi-site, matrixed HR experience preferred
  • Integration experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Demonstrated ability to provide influential leadership
  • Strong organizational, project management and communication skills
  • Works council experience and knowledge of local labor law essential
  • Project management and execution experience preferred
